HOW TO ORDER ONLINE AND OUR POSTAL SERVICE
Using our online service, is a simple process. Select an image from the drop-down menu select the image size you wish to purchase and it will be added to your basket. All our prices include postage within the UK only. At present our deliveries, go with Royal Mail and via Pacelforce, usually a 48 hour service. We will replace anything free of charge, that is damaged in transit, alternatively we can fully refund the cost of your purchase if damaged in transit. Please note we do not post any of our framed images, because of the glass used within the frame.. You can purchase framed images, only from or gallery here in Keswick.
We can usually complete your order within a few days, but please allow 14 days for your order to arrive. We process all our orders using Paypal. However if you wish to pay by other means then you can call our gallery to arrange this. Also if you wish to collect an order from our gallery, you can pay over the phone for collection. All our print measurements are in inches. We try pack our orders as best we can, usually orders arrive ok.If you encounter any postal issues don’t worry, as we can usually sort problems out.

Please be sure when ordering, you choose the correct size for your needs, As once your order has been processed, we will not be able to correct your order. You can always call our gallery if you need help or any questions answered. We will do our best to help if we can.
HOW YOUR ORDER IS PROCESSED
All orders are processed within our gallery at Keswick, using only the latest photographic machinery and archival materials. I myself take personal responsibility for the quality of my work leaving the gallery and I am also responsible for the photographic workflow I employ to process our images. We operate a few large format printers to process all orders using only genuine branded inks for archival quality. Each of our large format printers are set up for producing different kinds of of finished materials. We use several different kinds of photographic papers and canvas materials and what we choose to use will depend on the type of image to be processed. Whatever we process you can be assured that all our materials are lightfast and archival for over 100 years, which should mean is should not fade. As of yet we have had no complaints regarding fading, Should this ever happen we would replace the image free.
Orders are printed out via my colour management workflow, via a powerful computer iMac system. This is backed up by a secondary dedicated photographic colour IPS monitor which renders superb colours. All our monitors and equipment are maintained and calibrated weekly in order to maintain quality output is at its best when making images. Our printers we use within our workflow are the very latest machines rendering up to twelve colour system output.

If you want to visit our Keswick gallery in person, you can find us 50 yards directly opposite The Wainwright Pub on On Lake Road up on the second floor of The Maysons Building. Within our gallery you can browse the many large format images of our wonderful Lake District landscape. We would always encourage our customers to purchase images while in the gallery as our work is much cheaper than ordering from the website because of the cost of added postage. However we understand that this is not always possible as some of our images are too large to put into their mode of transport. While in the gallery we would ask customers to refrain from touching the images as those can be easily be damaged, also we have a lot of glass n the gallery. We would ask customers also to remove any backpacks as sometimes people forget they have one and sometimes knock into images. Children must be supervised by an adult while in the gallery. Unfortunately because we have a lot of displayed work close to the ground we are unable to allow dogs inside the gallery.I am sorry for this but in the past we have had accidents with dogs, so I am sorry for this.
